P2. From the other side

The surroundings of the Penyagolosa Natural Park hide magical corners that are well worth discovering, although a little further away. From Vistabella, we head towards Chodos and, passing this, we take the road to the Lloma Bernat, where the views of the province and Penyagolosa merge into a single horizon. We continue towards Benafigos, crossing the “Coll del Vidre”, to take a path at the traffic circle that will lead us to the track that gives access to the Vall d’Usera, just at the foot of the “Penya Roja” and other rock formations. The climb from here to Vistabella is demanding, but the reward is a new perspective of the village, which we reach by the Mas de les Roques, from where we can contemplate the rock formations that accompany us on the route.
